Recharge1 Mobile Recharges Offer

• 1) This Mobile Recharges offer ("Offer") is made available by Recharge1 [Dns Digital Info Services Pvt Ltd] ("Recharge1") on the website www.recharge1.com in respect of prepaid mobile recharges / dth recharge on recharge1.com.
• 2) These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Recharge1.com Conditions of Use to which you agree by using the www.recharge1.com. To the extent the Recharge1.com Conditions of Use is inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail in respect to this Offer.
• 3) All residents of India, who undertake the steps listed in these Offer Terms are eligible to avail this Offer in respect of recharge of prepaid mobile or dth connections issued in India.
• 4) Any customer who undertakes / purchases a prepaid mobile recharge on Recharge1.com during the Offer Period ("Mobile Recharge") or ("DTH Recharge") making payment thereof using any available payment methods, will be entitled to won one month mobile recharge plan by Recharge1.com during the offer period.
• 5) Offers are valid from Dec 25, 2018 to July 31, 2020 (both days inclusive), (“Offer Period”). The Offer or any of the offers may be revoked or extended by Recharge1 in its sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability.
• 6) This Offer is available only on the recharge for prepaid mobile connections issued in India, and not in respect of postpaid mobile bill payments or payments of utility bills. It is clarified that this Offer is available only on recharge of prepaid mobile or direct-to-home(dth) connections issued by select telecom operators that are available and listed on Recharge1.com
• 7) The benefits under this Offer cannot be clubbed with any other similar offer for Mobile Recharges made available on Recharge1.com.
• 8) The customers will be eligible to won the relevant amount (computed in accordance with these Offer Terms) on successful Mobile Recharges / DTH Recharge on Recharge1.com during the Offer Period.
• 9) This Offer will not be applicable for any Mobile /DTH Recharge transaction that is cancelled (for any reason whatsoever), by the customer, or by the Provider of the Mobile Recharge.
• 10) The Offer Amount will be provided to the only registered user of Recharge1, not given to guest user's.
• 11) Recharge1 will be randomly choose one customer from recharge list every day. The Offer amount will be provided to the eligible customer within 24 hour of purchasing the Mobile/DTH Recharge.
• 12) Any queries or issues in relation to the availability of this Offer should be addressed to Recharge1 and will be entertained only during the Offer Period.
• 13) In the event a customer fails to comply with any term under these Offer Terms, such customer will not be eligible to receive this Offer.
• 14) Recharge1 reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions of the Offer, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
• 15) Recharge1 reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits under the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
• 16) These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Gurugram shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes in relation to this Offer.
• 17)) The customers are not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a "best effort basis".
• 18) Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• 19) Any person availing this Offer shall have varified her mobile and email id. if customer emailid and mobile no not varified then the customer will be assumed as to not participated in this offer.
• 20) Offer Amount would be added to the Recharge1 Wallet of the winners and would be informed through email.
• 21) The customer will update her mail id in her profile in Recharge1 myaccount section and varified by checking her mail.
• 22) Recharge1 will gives upto Rs 199 cashback on mobile/dth recharge with Rs 399 and above at 12 O'clock on everyday to one customer at once.
• 23) Recharge1 will give Rs 35 to one new joining user on everyday on basis of lucky draw.
• 24) Recharge1 will give Rs 199 to her three users on every month on basis of lucky draw.
